A Mission of Honour headed by a Secretary of State (Minister) will be assigned to each Head of State & Government. A Protocol Officer within the Mission of Honour will coordinate the programmes and social events for the Heads of delegation.
All participating Member States will delegate an official
responsible for the passports and luggage of their respective
delegations. |
