Local Transportation Services
The host country shall provide local transportation as follows: -

      A) Member States

            ●          One VIP Vehicle for the Head of State & Government
                  ●          One Vehicle for the Spouse of The Head of State & Government
                  ●          Two Vehicles for Security and Protocol personnel accompanying
                              the Head of State & Government
                  ●          One Vehicle for the Minister of Foreign Affairs
                  ●          2 Vehicles for the rest of the delegation
                  ●          One luggage Van upon arrival and departure
                              Mini-buses will be available to transport official delegations from the Airport
                              to the residences on arrival, and from their residences to the Airport
                              departure.

            B)  Additional Vehicles

Delegations wishing to hire additional vehicles should contact the Car Rental Services at the Airport and at designated Hotels. The list of the latter can be obtained from the official website and from the Office of the AU Banjul Coordinating Secretariat. Please note that hired vehicles will not be allowed within the Security perimeter of the Conference Centre.

C)     Media

Regular shuttle services will be available for media personnel between their designated Hotels and the Conference Centre.
